Share your dream home with us and find out if we’re the right fit

Getting to know each other and learning your vision for your Charlotte custom home is the first step. We'll develop base pricing and specifications for your custom home in this phase. Our seamless data collection process, paired with a couple of in-person meetings, will ensure we can meet your needs. We won't sign any contracts and you're not obligated to anything. This is all done to ensure we get started on the right foot and have a great experience together.

We take your dreams and mold them into a building plan

With the information we've collected from our earlier meetings, we'll sit down with an architect and bring your vision to reality. It'll start with some rooms drawn to scale, and oriented just the way you want them. We'll continue to iterate on that to create finished floorplans, showing all the details of the interior of your new home. From there, we'll move onto elevations and show you what your home will look like from the outside. Once we have those finalized, we'll move onto working drawings where the architect will add all the final details before passing the plans to our structural engineer. Once we have engineered plans, we're ready to start pulling permits!

From renderings to real life

We'll get together with you for a pre-construction meeting before a shovel even hits the dirt. Throughout the build, we'll invite you for periodic site visits covering general updates and important milestones. Our build team will also have pre-construction walks with all our trade partners to ensure we're on the same page prior to work being done, and post-construction walks to ensure all work is completed to our meticulous standards. We treat the construction of your home as if it were our own and won't settle for anything less. In addition to site visits and supervision, we'll log progress updates with pictures/videos through our customer portal weekly and provide financial reporting monthly. Whether you're in town or out of the country, you'll always be in the loop and have full visibility into the progress of your home.

start living

You’ve arrived!

We'll do a new home orientation to show you how to operate and maintain your beautiful, luxury custom home. We'll walk through and blue tape anything you can find that is not up to our standards. We'll get those things fixed, and walk it one more time to ensure everything is up to snuff. After you've lived in the home for 11 months or so, we'll be back again to correct all warrantable issues. We back our work with a 3rd party, insured, transferable warranty, which means you're protected for years to come. We're always here for you.
